Episode 10 I created SL_PMK that writes price to the chart with one key
This is ShenLong, the dragon of ShenLong Lab (シェンロン ラボ).
For first-time readers, allow me to introduce myself just a little.
As an active trader who continues to generate monthly profits with my own indicators, I have developed over 1,000 indicators and automation tools to date.
ShenLong Lab's 10th item
We have released
“SL_PMK (Price Marker)”
This time, I will talk about why I created this item and tips for leaving price levels that caught my eye when using MT4/MT5.
How do you leave a price that caught your eye?
I want to jot down prices I want to refer to later, such as highs and lows.
In MT4/MT5, I think many people read the price and copy it into Notepad.
When placing an order, you have to type that number again and double-check that you didn’t read it incorrectly.
What can be done with standard features
- Draw a horizontal line and confirm the price in the line's properties
- Call up MT4/MT5 standard features each time and input the text
Both are convenient, but the task of reading the price and typing it in remains.
It would be enough to leave it on the chart and in the clipboard with one keystroke.
I myself used to copy the prices I was interested in into a memo, or call up MT4’s standard text to write them in. It was quite a hassle, and I always felt stressed. SL_PMK was created to eliminate that hassle.
From here on, I will introduce how to use SL_PMK in a video.
