[Before you buy, count the number of losses] A single step to decide to rely on tools
I feel like my losses would decrease once I have the tool installed, so aren't you opening the product page over and over? What should you do before and right after purchasing to ensure the tool actually helps?
I understand the feeling that “this might change things” very well.
However, if you don’t decide which losses you want to reduce, you won’t know what changed after you install it (;'∀')
Good evening!
I’m Masashi ^^
This time, I’ll talk about the week before buying the Golden Line Sniper AI and the week immediately after purchasing.
To borrow the reader’s words, there are things you want to decide before buying, rather than after buying.
Before buying, pick one most frequent loss pattern and put it into words.
? If you stay at “somehow losses are high,” you won’t be able to compare after you install
About a month after installing the tool, many people end up saying they “feel a bit better” and stop there.
I can’t tell if it improved or if the market happened to align with it.
The reason you can’t compare is that you haven’t expressed your pre-install self in words.
If you say “recent losses are high,” there’s no decision on what needs to decrease to say it got better.
Conversely, if you can state in one line that you are “touching the wall in the middle of the upper timeframe and getting small losses,” after installation you only need to count whether that pattern has decreased.
If you can express the loss you want to reduce in one line, you can verify the tool’s effect yourself.
? A weekend of focusing on one big loss
In my younger days, when I reviewed records on weekends, I would expand and look at the single biggest loss.
Because the amount was large, I felt the cause must be there.
One week, I rearranged the records not by amount but by “how many times the same form appeared.”
Then, even though each loss was small, there were repeated losses of the same form every week.
I was really surprised!
That form occurred when I had been entering it in the lower timeframe movements, just around the middle of the walls I watched on the higher timeframe.
Each loss was small, so they didn’t catch my eye when reviewing… lol
Record example: [Arrangement: by amount → by count / Most frequent form: entered in the middle of walls / Count: multiple times in a week / Size of each loss: small]
? Before buying, the only thing to do is rearrange the records by count
Preparations before buying aren’t very grand.
・List losses from the most recent month
・Group same shapes by form, not by amount
・Give the most frequent form a name
The shorter the name, the easier it is to use.
I think a brief descriptor like “afternoon slim period / touched the middle of the walls” is enough.
“Does that have anything to do with buying the tool?” you might wonder.
Actually, the one line that emerges here will determine which display to use after you buy.
If losses are mostly due to touching in the middle, the display related to line positions matters; if you frequently mis-enter quantities, another display will matter.
? Which display of the Golden Line Sniper AI relates to that loss
The Golden Line Sniper AI is a decision-support tool installed in MT5 and used on GOLD charts.
On the chart you can verify AI attention lines based on price levels that historically react, candidate signals, the AI diagnostic panel showing how conditions align, remaining bar time, lot safety indicators, etc.
Putting the previous line and the role of the displays side by side yields this.
・Loss that occurs in the middle → position relative to AI attention line
・Loss that enters before the bar closes → remaining time
・Loss from entering with incorrect quantity → lot safety display
If none of your losses relate to any display, I’d say you don’t need to buy now.
It’s not the tool that’s at fault; it’s that that tool isn’t placed where your current losses can be reduced.
Whether to buy should be decided by whether your loss line and the role of the displays overlap.

✅ How to use in the week right after purchase
On the day you install it, I don’t start using all displays.
Displays can be shown or hidden with a button on the chart, so for the first week I focus on the display related to one line.
Before placing an order, I check whether that single display fits my line pattern.
If it fits, I skip it; if it doesn’t, I proceed according to my procedure.
After a week, I count how many losses of the line shape occurred, using the same counting method as before buying.
The point to look at is not the number of wins but whether losses of the line shape have decreased compared to before buying.
⚠ It’s not that you shouldn’t look at a big single loss
Up to here I’ve talked about counts, but it doesn’t mean you should ignore a big single loss.
Especially, losses where you exceeded the decided quantity or moved stop losses are handled in another section.
Those losses aren’t a matter of form but of failing to follow the rules.
In a table organized by counts, don’t mix them in; write them in another column such as “Out of Rules: Increased quantity,” and stop them at the top of the next week.
Even with the tool, this kind of loss won’t be reduced.
Deciding quantities and stop losses is up to you, so you must protect those rules outside of the tool.
❌ Don’t buy just because you think “if you follow the display it should reduce losses”
The most avoided thing before buying is hoping to enter whenever a candidate signal appears.
Candidate signals indicate when to look, not a promise of when you should enter.
If you enter according to the display, you won’t know if a loss is due to your own line or to how you read the display.
Then you also can’t compare with the pre-bought rearranged record.
Displays narrow down where to check, but don’t hand you the decision to enter.
? Before buying, please also check the conditions for people who aren’t suited
If you trade GOLD on MT5 and can articulate your loss pattern, this tool should be easy to use.
On the other hand, if you primarily trade other instruments or don’t use MT5, it may not suit you.
Also, if you buy with the expectation that the displays will make you profits, you’ll likely be disappointed.
The potential to reduce losses lies in not noticing a loss pattern and entering, not in guaranteeing profit itself.
? Summary: This evening, rearrange your records by count
Before buying, rearrange your most recent losses by count rather than amount, and identify the form that occurs most often as one line.
Decide whether to buy based on whether there is a display related to that line.
During the week after buying, look at only the displays related to that line before placing orders.
Handle large single losses and rule violations in a separate section and stop them outside the tool.
You can either count by drawing lines yourself each time or use a consolidated display to shorten the process; either way is fine.
First, tonight, start by opening your records and rearranging by count.
If you can write a line like “Loss with the most occurrences: touching in the middle of the walls,” you’ve almost finished preparing before buying ^^
