Kurama began trading with FX. His main focus is USD/JPY and gold, and he also trades CFDs such as Nikkei 225 and Nasdaq.
Among these, his current favorite isNasdaq. It has a price movement range similar to gold, yetthe spreads aren’t that wide—that’s the reason. Trading both gold and Nasdaq increases trading opportunities, so a new indicator specifically for Nasdaq was developed.
Gold has large price swings and is a highly volatile instrument.Because it can move more than expected, using the same lot size as USD/JPY can quickly lead to large losses.Kurama himself has experienced significant losses in the past.
That’s precisely why it’s crucial tostrictly follow your TP (take profit) and SL (stop loss) rules. To enable systematic decision-making and stick to the rules even when you’re tempted to think “it might reverse,” he developed his own indicator.
Just because a signal appears doesn’t mean you take every single one. The first type Kurama passes on isrange-market signals. Whether the market is ranging is shown on the indicator’s panel.
Another factor isRSI. In overheated conditions where the market is overbought or oversold, reversals are likely, and price can move rapidly, preventing entries at the intended levels. In such cases, he passes even if a signal appears.
