[30-Second Foot FINAL] Even if the background is selling, the buy can still be targeted. Consider the "reassurance" of higher timeframes and the initial move of the short-term.
GOL MARKET NAVIGATOR|30-second chart GOLD FINAL
Even if the background is selling, you can aim to buy.
Consider the reassurance of the higher time frame and the short-term initial move
How to use the background color.
This time, we introduce a way to take the 30-second FINAL a step further.
When the direction of the higher time frame aligns, you feel reassured.
If the background is blue, buy. If the background is red, sell.
When the direction is clear at a glance, it reduces hesitation when entering.
In particular for those who are about to start trading, focusing only on signals in the same direction as the backgroundI think this makes it easy to understand how to use.
However, just because the higher time frame direction is aligned does not mean the 30-second chart in front of you will move in that direction.
Even if the higher time frame is selling, a short-term buying flow can arise.
Even if the higher time frame is buying, it can turn into selling in the short term.
In scenes where the trend extends in the same direction as the background, you feel “it was good to follow the direction.” On the other hand, within that variation there are pullbacks and short-term reversals.
In 30-second FINAL, also pay attention to those short moves.
This is what I want to convey this time.
Short-term initial moves do not wait for the background to change.
When thinking about short-term moves, I focus on “small price moves that appear before they show up on larger time frames.”
While waiting for the higher time frame direction to change, a new trend may already be starting on the 30-second chart. In scenes with a black background, as well as backgrounds blue or red in the opposite direction, short-term opportunities may appear.
Therefore, you do not have to restrict yourself to “only look for sell signals on red backgrounds” or “only look for buy signals on blue backgrounds.”This is not strictly necessary.
Those who are getting more familiar, please compare on a demo account or with past charts the cases of taking only signals in the same direction as the background versus also considering signals in the opposite direction.
Background color alone does not determine reversal.
It is not that you reverse just because the background appears; you decide whether to act on the confirmed signals according to your own rules.
What I compare is how to view both directions at colored locations.
The background provides reassurance when looking at the market. I use that background not only as an absolute condition for buy/sell direction, but also asa factor to narrow down when to consider tradesas well.
For example, rules like the following.
Blue background:Confirm both buy and sell signals
Red background:Confirm both buy and sell signals
Black background:Skip with this rule
Continue in the same direction as the background as well as short-term reversals in the opposite direction are confirmed through signals. I find this approach comfortable from a mental standpoint.
Of course, there are methods that include black backgrounds in verification as well. In this update, added white-arrow signals on black backgrounds to CORE 01・02.
What matters is not changing the rules conveniently midway, but deciding in advance which backgrounds and which signals to target and then comparing.
There are many opportunities, so don’t try to take them all.
In 30-second FINAL,there are 4 types in CORE・FLOW・TURN・PULSE, totaling 8 modes for 01・02.
Look for reversals, ride the trend, and watch direction changes. Choose the type that suits you and test short price moves.
However, as signals continue, you may want to enter in the same direction multiple times. Even if you are already in profit, you may want to continue trading with the next signal and then the one after that.
Having signals and needing to enter additionally are not the same thing.
Start with one position as a baseline. Also test with a rule to wait until the current trade ends before chasing another same-direction signal.
Decide RR and exit conditions in advance.
Risk reward can be1:1 / 1:1.5 / 1:2.
When testing expansion of trading frequency, I also compare with 1:1.5 or higher. However, extending profit targets may lead to many trades that never reach the target. Raising RR does not guarantee safer consecutive entries.
Even in the same scenario, you may reach TP with 1:1 but not with 1:1.5. Check not only win rate but also including costs in profit/loss, and adopt a rule that fits you.
And equally important as entry conditions isthe condition to end that day's trading.
・End once a predetermined profit is reached
・End once a predetermined loss limit is reached
・Set limits on number of trades or time
“End after 1–2 wins” is one approach. However, profits and losses are not determined solely by win/loss counts. Include lot size, stop loss width, RR, and trading costs when setting exit conditions.
You do not have to use all opportunities.
End at the decided point and create free time.
What I aim for on the 30-second chart is not to stay glued for a long time, but to work within a self-imposed range and finish with a defined boundary.
First, choose 1–2 types that suit you.
You do not need to use all four types simultaneously. Start by selecting 1–2 types you are interested in, and focus on the time you can trade.
Keep the background in the same direction or view both directions with blue and red. Include black background?
Decide RR and how many times to finish.
Because there are choices, decide your own rules.
Compare with past charts and demo accounts to find what works best for you.
