New Millionaire Trader Scalping: Volume Plus
FX trading is not ordinary: both-sided trading
If you pursue this, I believe your mind will clear at the moment of reversal that I write about daily in Investment Navigator and you can focus on trading.
Good morning everyone.
Today both Japan and the United States are on holidays, so it might be prudent not to trade.
If you think that, there are times when the market moves surprisingly, but today is the last day of the holiday, and for those who are employed, the tedious commute starts again tomorrow.
Today I’ll treat market matters as a verification exercise and spend meaningful time with family, lovers, or friends.
As for me, I’ll write what I want to tell everyone, have lunch with a acquaintance at Saizeriya, and plan to eat Escargot with squid ink pasta.
Speaking of Saizeriya,
“Seriously! Saizeriya is tacky and I’ll never go there”
and other remarks I’ve heard from several people, especially women, in the past.
I think it’s because it’s cheap, but what I like about Saizeriya is the founder’s philosophy and action.
And the company that can supply such huge escargots nationwide without a break shows their organizational effort.
That kind of thing is what I like.
If Saizeriya’s menu and dish quality were offered at a typical pretentious Italian restaurant, the business wouldn’t survive.
Unless the owner had ample funds, it wouldn’t continue.
Saizeriya is, of course, tasty.
If two adults drink wine and spend 5,000 yen, that becomes a lavish lunch.
If you ate the same in Daikanyama, it might cost around 20,000 yen.
Not every popular restaurant in Daikanyama is delicious.
Well, not bad, but it looks good.
Naturally.
The location matters; the location adds rent to the prices.
A place that looks stylish will attract customers; more money goes to equipment than to food.
Sometimes a luxurious lunch at such a place is nice.
I have that too, of course.
But there isn’t necessarily real foods you truly want or time you love, so for meals with trusted people I don’t always choose expensive places; I also use Saizeriya or Sushi Zanmai, places where the prices do not match the quality in a good sense.
Oh, and I don’t eat a lot of yakiniku, so I sometimes choose relatively high-quality ambiance restaurants.
Demand and supply balance
Business can be done with enough capital, and with capital anyone can create a prosperous shop.
This is true.
For example, if you are trying to run a yakiniku restaurant in Tokyo.
Let’s suppose all funds cost 200 million.
Most people will prepare a business plan and borrow from a bank.
Well, if it fails, they can just go bankrupt...
Something like that...
Because you’re borrowing, you start with a negative in the market sense, a foregone loss.
On the other hand, if someone has plenty of own funds and can prepare 200 million in cash to start a yakiniku restaurant, they can develop management completely differently.
In most cases, the battle is already decided here.
Money is everything
I would like to say, but indeed that’s true, so don’t go against it.
I drifted into a somewhat trivial topic, but I like Saizeriya.
Sushi = Sushi Zanmai (especially tuna lean)
Italian food = Saizeriya
Family restaurant = CoCo’s (I like 100% beef cutlet-style hamburgers, since Zen-Sho is reliable).
Coco Ichi curry (beef with a sauce) is delicious.
Sushiro tuna fair is my favorite.
Hamazushi chawanmushi with Yaizu-produced bonito stock is my favorite.
Eggs Benedict pancake
And I love cheap places.
If you have a nearby shop, please try it ^_^
Went from morning talking about food, but today I think a light open day is best.
USD/JPY hourly chart
I imagine the cheap places will be bought and rise to the yellow horizontal line 50%, what do you think?
There may be cases where it drops below the yellow 38.2% and plunges.
If I happen to encounter that, I think I’ll take an L position.
That’s about all for today; I’ll enjoy Saizeriya’s lunch.
Now today, I’d like to write about the most common question I receive from everyone.
Messages to me come from not only customers but various people.
Sometimes I miss them, so if that happens please send a reminder message.
What is the most common message from everyone?
How can I become more profitable?
How can I become able to win?
Such questions, similar but not the same, are overwhelmingly common.
To become profitable...
This applies to business as well: if you start a business just to profit from the start, you’ll usually fail.
I’ll skip the long reason, but in trading to profit...
If you think in terms of “method” first, it becomes a method.
Methods exist everywhere; there is no magic method or secret trick known to no one.
So first understand the system and tendencies, I tell people.
For those who don’t understand or find it a hassle, I explain it in my own way.
To become able to win...
However, this means not trading a lot.
In other words, learn to “wait.”
- Find turning points
- When you know turning points, what should you do
After tens of thousands of trades, it’s natural for win rate to not be stable.
This is something you understand once you understand the trading mechanism.
With few trades, you can build results; if you gain 20 pips today, you stop for the day.
In FX options, if you win 50,000 yen today, you stop for the day.
Always have this “take-profit” mindset.
If you trade fewer times, your win rate naturally increases.
Of course.
We only take carefully selected positions, so with all careful positions it’s easier to achieve a high win rate and to verify.
In other words, you can obtain accurate data.
From that viewpoint, once you understand turning points, the key is whether you can build your own method from there; as mentioned earlier, there are countless methods out there.
Find which one among them best suits the place you have been waiting for.
If you don’t understand or are lazy or want to practice quickly,
Purchasing these will resolve the issue.
Trading in markets is said to be mental, but once you solve the mind and its direction, anyone can produce results.
And yet many never realize this because of the “market riddle magic,” which causes most traders to exit before understanding.
Searching for a method keeps you trapped in an endless tunnel.
I believe those who realize this quickly will become successful traders.
In fact, among Millionaire Trader users, some have become full-time traders within two years.
Well, there’s so much information that suits me that people only absorb information favorable to themselves and become “suckers.”
You’ll realize that too eventually.
In that context, I’m planning to start “my live stream” soon.
Investment Navigator is also for everyone, but I’m considering a platform where I can directly share questions and trading status with you via live sessions.
I’m thinking about evenings twice a week, but frequency is not decided yet.
It would be a subscription model at about 980 yen per month, or I would receive a wage, but I hope to spend meaningful time with everyone.
- Trading topics
- Life advice
- Relationships
- Business and entrepreneurship
and more; I think the genres can be wide.
I am in my 50s, so there will likely be customers from my children’s generation as well.
If I can share all I’ve experienced on the spot, it will be valuable fodder and material for everyone going forward.
If that time comes, I’d appreciate your support.
Time is of the essence, so it hasn’t been decided yet, but in today’s era
“Not doing or not taking action is risk” is truly common.
When I was in my teens and twenties, there was no internet, so “you just do it first.”
There was nothing else.
There were many failures, but those failures were keys to success.
In junior high, I read articles about how to do S〇X from Monthly Hot Dog Press.
I remember reading many pieces about how to kiss and how to invite on dates, lol
Now even elementary school kids can browse online, so times have changed.
I think we can have quite in-depth conversations about how analog-era living compares with now and how to seize business opportunities.
I used to work in M&A at financial institutions during my salaryman days, so I think I can discuss such core topics compared to now.
Of course the core is “trading,” but it’s not good to get fixated on it to the point your brain hardens, so I’d like to incorporate my personal experiences as well.
Thank you again for today.
