After 18 years, what I’ve learned is that most market time is “the time to pass.”

On quiet nights, you could think of the screen showing that passing rather than the price itself.

The time it doesn’t appear is not necessarily the time the tool rests.

This is the most common question.

In short, two hours of no appearance alone cannot determine a malfunction.

The deciding factor is not the duration of the non-appearance, but another display on the screen.

I look at only two places.

・First place: whether the display that moves with time is still updating

・Second place: whether the price has come close to the line of interest

I check “is it moving” at the first place and “was this a moment it would appear” at the second.

Separating these two prevents mixing up malfunction indications with mere pass-through moments.

Arrows don’t appear unless a scene comes, but time-varying displays change regardless of the scene.

For example, the remaining time display for a leg.

Conversely, if the market is open but the remaining time stays the same, that’s when you first suspect a malfunction.

By the way, on weekends or when the market is closed, the price itself doesn’t move, so it’s normal for it to look stagnant (;'∀')

? The second place: distance between price and the line

Once you’ve determined it’s moving, next look at the distance between the price and the line of interest.

Review the night’s price movement; if the price has never come near the line, it’s natural that no sign appears.

I personally do not try to justify entering from points far away from the line.

Even if it came close but did not appear, don’t immediately conclude it’s a malfunction.

Even if it came close, it may pass by without forming a sign.

Nights far from the line are the tool’s job: nothing appears.
