+36,465円。 But, the only days I was able to trade properly were two days. NASDAQ100|Week 39 of 2026 recap
Trading activity contracted again this week as on-site work began.
Profit days: 4. One non-trading day, or rather a day when I couldn’t trade.
However, on two of those four days, to be blunt, it wasn’t that I “traded properly and won,” but rather,I quit and happened to end up in the plusinstead.
So in my view, there were only 2 days this week when I actually traded properly.
If I label all days with profits as “good trades,” there’d be nothing left to reflect on.
With that in mind, the final score for this week is,+36,465円。
I’ll gratefully accept the numbers, but beyond that, I’ll also look at how that profit was made this week.
Now, let’s quickly review the 1-hour chart first.
1-hour chart | First, what happened over this past week.

Wave ① that began from last week.
Wave ② rising after testing the low (o) as its vertex.
Then, the failed pullback in that wave’s tip produced a move ③.
Monday’s story began around this area.
From late Monday night to early Tuesday morning, sellers returned on the failed movement of ③. Here the low (o) break was tested again.
But the (o) was supported again.
Then a nearly 100% retracement.
On Wednesday, the high that had been pushed down against move ③ broke. That becomes move ④.
Now, the pullback against ④ was absorbed, and the near-term high (f) was broken. The pullback continued to be absorbed, and the uptrend remains.
If I summarize the week's major flow, it’s roughly like that.
And during thisperiod ⑤ where the pullback is still being targeted.
The true essence of UT trades lies in this, really.
It’s not just buying because “it all rose.” It’s not “buy because the uptrend is up.”
It’s about understanding how this rise began, what it’s preserving, and how the short-term chart responds to this pullback.
That is what I wait for.
Well, I can’t trade here at work, though.
Yohohahaha.
Now then.
I’ll say this until I’m blue in the face.
(f) vs (o) — what they are.
Let’s examine the background from here.
4-hour chart | What were the lows seen on the 1-hour chart?

The lowest low on the 1-hour chart (o).
When viewed on the 4-hour chart, the story changes a bit.
On the 4-hour chart, this was a pullback against the rising waves (e) – (f).
If you only look at the 1-hour chart, you’d see “the lows held” and “it was bought again.”
But by stepping up one time frame, you can see
it was a pullback in the midst of a larger upmove.
So where in the bigger picture did this upward wave (e) – (f) reside?
Let’s go one more step up.
Daily Chart | The true nature of the (o).

When you extend to the daily chart, a larger structure appears: a big ascent D–E.
In that ascent, (c) pushed quite far, from which the rise of (d) – (e) – (f) occurred.
And that ascent attacked the high at E.
In other words, the low (o) seen on the 1-hour chart isn’t just a short-term low.
Viewed on the daily chart,it was a pullback in the middle of a single up-move that began at (d).
What do you think?
The chart's story, when viewed this way, becomes simple, clear, and enjoyable, doesn’t it?
I think the commonly used term “environment recognition” has quite different meanings from person to person.
To buy because the upper timeframe is up. Because the moving average is rising. Because the daily chart shows a pullback.
There are many ways to view it. Of course, each is fine in its own right.
But at the very least, in UT the background isn’t merely, “The higher-timeframe is up.”What wave, and which part of it, is currently in front of us?
I believe that is what we should know.
Look at the 4-hour rise to move to the daily chart.
Then, the single price movement in front of you stops being just a zig and zag.
The connections become clear, and the story makes sense.
This is what I mean when I say I read the market as a “story.”
Now,
The background is mostly clear.
Next, within that background, what was I actually doing?
Drop to the 15-minute chart and review this week.
Monday|My hands moved, but I hadn’t switched the trade switch on.

Monday was a complete misstep.
But, to be precise, it wasn’t simply “I forgot to look at the background.”
I was doing another task, and I only glanced at the chart.
Then the 1-minute and 4-minute moves happened in my view,
“Ah.”
and I impulsively went long as a reflex^^;
In short, I moved my hand before I actually traded properly.
After entering, I checked the background and
“Oh, this is a mistake.”
and realized it immediately?
Then it was up to luck.
Please. Let it come back a bit.
…and once it did, I exited.
Looking at the result alone,+2,430円。
It’s a profit, but not a win.
I just got lucky with the withdrawal.
Right now, I don’t think the “trade switch” is simply ON/OFF.
More like a dimmer knob for lighting up as my work approaches.
Normally I keep it tight, and gradually turn it up as I get closer to my work, increasing the observation resolution.
That day I hadn’t even turned that knob, and only short-term charts drew my reflex.
Not by much, but the cause is probably that one.
In any case, this is a wake-up call.
I want to never enter the same way again.

Tuesday|Strong foundation. But not a reason to buy.
Tuesday was slightly better than Monday.
I had confirmed the possibility that the bottom might be holding for a while.
So considering a buy wasn’t that abnormal.
However,
“Well, there isn’t much sense in aggressively longing here.”
I reconsidered.
And withdrew.
The result is+1,957円。
Positive again.
Not a win, withdrawal.

Wednesday|The direction is set. Now turn the knob.

Wednesday.
In my view, this was a day I traded properly.
Direction was clear, and I took one trade at first glance.
“This should be bought once for a pullback.”
One trade used the 1-minute chart to limit risk, so the actual price move wasn’t large.
Result is+14,957円。
The real move would come next.
Direction emerges, a pullback enters.
From here, time to gradually turn the trade switch knob to the right.
If only the push occurred, it’s still weak.
Then how will price move respond?
As my work approaches, I’ll increase observation strength.
Honestly, I wanted to monitor this pullback more.
But the next morning is early.
There’s site work.
So I left early.
I closed before the market did.
this is the moment when my work starts.

Thursday|This is where I do my work.
Thursday.
Exactly a setup to target the pullback.
Direction appeared.
Then it pulled back.
Will that pullback be absorbed?
What will the short-term chart respond with?
That’s what I’m watching.
Result is+17,121円。
Among the week, Wednesday and Thursday were the days I actually traded properly.
Seeing this, I realize I don’t want to just “sit and watch charts forever.”
I want an environment where I can properly monitor the moment my work occurs.
I plan to change jobs in November, so I’ll be able to monitor this more than now.
This is quite exciting.
Trading isn’t a 24-hour job to hunt for entries.
It’s waiting for the moment my work occurs.

Friday|No trading. But I knew where my work would begin.

Friday was a no-trade day.
The trading environment wasn’t suitable.
However, I can still describe how I would have viewed it now.
First, around this low break.
From here,
“Here it comes.”
and I began monitoring price movement.
But I didn’t buy yet.
It’s not that I buy because it’s cheap.
Continuing to watch, you can see resistance above.
And below, a new support emerges.
Resistance.
Support.
It’s a job of continuing to think in terms of buying.
I knew where my work would begin.
WEEK 39|+36,465円

This week’s results are,
Monday+2,430円
Tuesday+1,957円
Wednesday+14,957円
Thursday+17,121円
Friday No trading
Total,+36,465円。
4 days positive.
So looking at this week’s+36,465円,
“Four days of wins. A good week, indeed.”
Do I think that?
Being able to withdrawal two missteps with a small positive by luck.
Being present for two small but rare opportunities.
Only two proper work days.
And now, what I want most is not a winning rate or forceful position sizing, butan environment where I can be present when my work occursI think.
what I was waiting for, what I checked, and what I based my money on.
ideas come from the higher timeframe and confirmation comes from the short timeframe.
Decide what to wait for and wait until the answer comes.
