This is no good!!

The USD/JPY long I entered yesterday, unfortunately, ended up losing.

Since the DMI exit signal appeared, I followed the rules and closed the position to lock in the loss.

And today, looking at the chart, it has even returned near the entry price.

Honestly, it’s frustrating.

“If I had held on…”

That kind of feeling arises.

But whether the market will rebound is not known at the time of exiting.

What I felt anew this time is not only about making a profit, but also about the importance of continuing to follow my rules.

Of course, even trading according to the rules can result in losses.

That’s why I want to record this loss as well and reflect on whether there are any improvements to the entry and exit conditions.

It’s frustrating, but I won’t get emotional and try to recover from it here.

After a loss, I will adhere to the rules.
