When using these words, I believe you need a basis. So I’ll say it honestly. There was no method to win in discretionary trading without looking at charts, at least when I first started FX. Among options other than automated trading, I had never seen anyone arrive at such a method.

What I built over eight years is exactly that kind of method.

Why "There Has Been Nothing Like This Before"

FX methods can be divided into two main types: discretionary trading, where you read charts and make judgments yourself, and automated trading, where programs automatically buy and sell.

Discretionary trading requires the ability to read charts, demanding time and experience. Automated trading, while convenient, carries the anxiety of not knowing what is happening and the cost of keeping a PC running 24 hours. For years, the common sense was that you had to choose one or the other.

A System That Moves Without Looking at Charts

The reason you don’t need to look at charts is that there’s no need to look.

In this method, the entry time window is fixed. You open the chart during that window and only confirm whether the defined conditions are met. If they are, you enter. If not, you close. That’s all. There is no need to read candlestick patterns, interpret indicators, or judge trends.

What to do from opening to closing the chart

  • Check whether it’s within the fixed time window
  • Check whether entry conditions are met
  • If conditions are met, enter. If not, do nothing
  • Set profit-taking and stop-loss lines
  • Close the chart and wait for the result

With practice, this sequence takes only a few minutes. The rest of the time can be used freely for work, chores, or anything else.
