[Verification Week 4] Perfect operation check of the new feature, and next week we finally move toward the "Final Conclusion"!
We are delivering in present continuous: “BIGBANG” × full-tilt EA “Loop-Turnaround_EA” automated trading forward test is finally reaching its climax.
This week we applied the new feature added in the update (Ver1.30) called “postponement of settlement” and conducted a verification that narrowed the entry operating time to only the Tokyo pre-market (9:00–11:00).
We will report the realistic performance without any bias and the observed system behavior from that.
■ Forward test results for Week 4 (9/14–9/18)
- Realized P/L: -28,524 yen
- Total trades: 1 (1 loss)
■ Confirming the new feature’s “perfect operation” via logs!
This week the market was quiet, and there was only one sign within the specified time window.
As a result it was a loss, but there was a very great takeaway: proof of the system’s perfect operation.
When checking the operation log, the following behaviors were recorded:
- At 9:00 Japan time, entered with a sell (SELL).
- Even after the end time of operation at 11:00, did not forcibly close the position and kept it firmly.
- At 11:56 Japan time, as soon as the indicator issued the reverse “buy” signal, the position was decisively closed!
This demonstrated that the new function—“preventing useless new entries outside the specified times while letting a position ride according to the indicator’s logic”—works perfectly without any errors.
■ Next week, we will finally present the final conclusion!
It has been proven that the system can move as I envision.
On the other hand, it has also become clear that narrowing the time reduces false signals, but inevitably greatly reduces trading opportunities and slows asset growth.
Therefore, next week we will conduct another week of demo operation data with the current settings, and the report at the end of next week will be the final round of this verification!
