How to Handle Technical Analysis for Market Judgment Only—Deceive the Noise a Little and Give It to the Market!
I don't think there is anyone explaining this
Even if there is, they don't really want to profit much from products or seminars
Even scenario trading feels so technical
When using technical analysis only for market judgment
Apart from the technicals you’re good at, there’s really
only elements that make you think, “Oh, this technical analysis isn’t usable.”
Technical analysis should never be used as万能
“Specialize and only use the technical analysis you’re good at” seems to be the iron rule
Because basically successful traders
keep using that technical in a fixed way
In other words, they are “specialized in its use,” right?
And they never move away from it
If you want a sense of being万能, then you ultimately have to use so-called “techniques that ignore the market” like support/resistance or Dow Theory
Analyses that adapt to the market
Those who can do that are also specialized in it
So it’s better to look for the analysis you’re best at technically
Ultimately, what’s most approachable and standard for everyone is
one of the moving averages, RSI, or MACD
Envelopes can be used as a counter-trend
In the short term they tend to be very “easy to use!” and “the strongest!”
In the mid-term they become a complete burden
This is similar to a reverse-branching martingale with no stop loss in auto-trading
In the short term it feels the strongest
In the middle of the trend the market finally moves, and losses expand
So if you’re specialized in envelopes and also in counter-trend,
you must pick up and use those loss-cutting and risky elements
If you’re not suited for universal trading, you won’t be
With technical analysis, if used well, it’s like “even a monkey can make money,” but
If you can’t handle it effectively, you’ll never make money
