In short,
a multinational company with global operations,
the Japanese subsidiary reportedly has 560 employees.
Their business is
“World's Data Centers”
That's the gist.

By the way, TY3 represents the data center location.
There seem to be TY1 through TY10.
In the Kanto region, it appears to be limited to the 23 wards; in Kansai, there is an OS1 data center in Shinsaibashi.
TY stands for Tokyo, and OS seems to stand for Osaka.
