Secret method for going long

In the previous article I had the general view that the range would continue from here, and that’s exactly what happened.
I felt good taking a nap.
From a strong rise in the morning, a small movement continued with a range within the yellow frame.
Trade Core is a trend-following tool, so we don’t engage in this kind of market.
However, I did grab a small long.
Even in this kind of market, there is a technique that can still be used, which I can provide as a bonus.
This technique is derived from a technique aimed at catching reversals, so of course it can be used in the direction of the trend, and to some extent in ranging markets as well.
However, in a range market, it is important to be near the lower end of the range for longs, or near the upper end for shorts.
If you don’t watch that, the probability of losing increases, and the stop-loss width also becomes larger.
Well, if you can understand that it’s a range market, you can normally figure out the upper and lower bounds.
I went long at the point marked by the light blue arrow.
Up to this point, the target and the stop-loss width were about the same, so I entered here.
I closed with a checkmark.
After that, even in a range market, look at the 5-minute chart (on the right) direction
If you limit to longs even on the 1-minute chart, the win rate becomes easier and you’re less prone to whipsaws.
Note: This tool is fundamentally a trend-following method.
This time it is an entry using a “bonus method” that works in range markets.
