[Major update implemented!] Loop-Turnaround_EA with new features and the latest status of the BIGBANG Forward Test
We are delivering in the present progressive tense 『BIGBANG 80X Pro』×『Loop-Turnaround_EA』’s automated trading test, but today we have an urgent and welcome announcement.
During last week’s “time restriction (Tokyo pre-market only) test,” one issue became apparent.
That is the dilemma: when you set an end time to avoid the dreaded time zone (false signals), you are forcibly closing out the profits you had just captured on the trend.
“I want to keep entries to safe times, but let the settlements be guided by the indicator signals without time constraints, and pull as far as possible.”
To realize this ideal trade, we met with the programmer, and this morning implemented a major update to Loop-Turnaround_EA to 【Ver1.30】.
■ Ver1.30 new feature “Settlement Extension Function”
A new parameter has been added to the time restriction feature, allowing you to choose whether to “force close at the end time” (false) or “stop only new entries at the next signal and extend settlements until the next signal” (true).
This enables safely capturing only the initial move of the trend and then letting profits run to maximize gains, truly unlocking BIGBANG’s potential.
■ This week’s forward test status
Now, regarding this week’s validation, BIGBANG did not generate signals during Monday and Tuesday in the Tokyo market pre-session (within the specified times).
Although there were no entries, it’s actually a bit reassuring, because it means we avoided getting caught by useless false signals and incurring losses. It’s also proof that the tool’s filters are functioning properly.
Taking advantage of this no-trade period, we began the full migration of the testing environment to the latest 【Ver1.30】 from this morning.
In other words,this week’s forward test is data from the forward test with the new feature (settlement extension) in its complete form.
Will the new logic that extends profits without regard to time be able to ride the wild horse that is BIGBANG?
