What is Heaven and Earth Indicator?

・In this article,“Heaven and Earth Indicator” is used in“Heaven and Earth DaySwing” as a method for verification and discussion. Additionally, the usage of “Prime Combo Signal” is described.

Important Points

Summary

This time on the daily chart we can confirm several very good patterns. Right after the Oscillator DX shows a downward cross, Histogram DX and DX2 are both red. Moreover, ABUADX_DX lights up and ABUDMI crosses the zero line. On the 4-hour chart, we can also see all-direction alignment signal plus ABUADX_DX lighting confirmed. If ABUADX_DX lighting is confirmed on both the daily and 4-hour charts, consider it a signal. Then rather than rushing into entry, wait for the shorting timing on the 15-minute chart. In this scenario, we use the line touch on the 15-minute chart as the trigger for entry. The flow is: confirm the major direction on the daily chart -> verify the downward condition on the 4-hour chart -> enter on the 15-minute line touch. This remains a clear form of Heaven and Earth series’ core method of recognizing the environment on higher timeframes and timing entries on lower timeframes.

If using Prime Combo Signal + DSATEA(this is just one usage example)

To recreate this environment with Prime Combo Signal, start by setting it to short-only, then use the downward conditions confirmed on the daily and 4-hour as filters. The latest Prime Combo Signal now allows two timeframes per filter, so make full use of this feature. For example, set ABUADX_DX on the daily and ABUADX_DX on the 4-hour as environment-recognition filters, and only take short entries when these are lit.

Furthermore, by integrating with DSATEA, you can automate the entry through to exit according to the conditions set in Prime Combo Signal. In situations like this where the daily and 4-hour directions are clear, the key is to limit entries to the same direction as the higher timeframe rather than entering indiscriminately. By translating the discretionary steps of “environment recognition” and “entry conditions” into Prime Combo Signal and pairing with DSATEA, you can operate Heaven and Earth discretionary trading in a more rule-based and automated fashion.
