It is a function that can be used for verification, so please try it
Please look at the red circles in the following chart
There is a semi-transparent signal, and the letter P appears next to the word BUY
In fact, this is a guarded signal suppressed by a decoy guard
Signals suppressed by this guard appear on screen, but do not appear in alerts
The letter " P " next to BUY indicates which guard process suppressed it
There is an option to "Guard (signal suppression)" but
Each item starts with a letter, and you can check which guard suppressed it by looking at this letter
This time, since it was "BUY P," it is clear that it was suppressed by "(P) Buy: too deep a pullback cancels the boost"
However, this guard is not perfect, and there are cases where a valid signal is suppressed
For example, as shown below, there are cases where it would have risen if not suppressed by the guard
In such cases, if you want it to be recognized as a normal signal, try changing the previous option
the "(P)" item
It is displayed as a normal signal now
However, alerts are not automatically updated, so you will need to reset the alerts
Regarding this guard function, we have it set to a pleasant default
However, we have not confirmed its effect on all symbols, etc.
It is also true that there are symbols with inherently poor compatibility
If you feel it is incompatible during verification, you can turn off the corresponding guard function, or tune the parameters
and operate with settings appropriate for the symbol
When making changes, note that it is not about compensating for a single missed opportunity by disabling the guard
If you sense that this symbol does not get along well with a particular guard, it is better to adjust or disable the guard
Focusing on a single point may reveal that other aspects were actually functioning properly
There are cases where that is
The guard verification feature is not commonly found in other signal-type indicators
