End of G20 and Demand on the Takashi Administration
As Wash said at the Jackson Hole Conference that "employment is in a state of full employment," the employment indicators are already absent from the Fed's tables, and this week's indicators are hollowed out. It is not that they are unimportant, but at least for the current situation there is little value in looking at the direction of monetary policy.
Yesterday was a somewhat heavier article titled "The Course of Long-Term Interest Rates," so today I thought I would keep it light and pick up the pen.
With the G20 having ended, topics around Japan seem a bit unsettled, so I would like to note that the media may be leading us astray and broaden Japan's autumn a little.
I also plan to connect this to the trend of dollar/yen as the flow continues.
