After a short timescale, I decided to challenge myself with the longest timescale.
In the previous entries, we challenged the “shortest time frame so far.” This time, we go in the exact opposite direction. We challenge the longest time frame we can handle, the daily chart (D1).

About this series (Verification Journey Episode 6 / All 6)
- Episode 1 (7 total, 05–11): Published. From classic indicators to the record of reaching the point where the only one that works is the “weekend gap fill” for GBPUSD
- Episode 2 (7 total, 12–18): Published. Realized the limits of manual effort and documented the creation of an in-house tool “IKLab AI Strategy Builder”
- Episode 3 (7 total, 19–25): Published. Not ending with building AI, but continuing operation revealed what became visible
- Episode 4 (6 total, 26–31): Published. The trends and walls revealed while adjusting the time frame up and down
- Episode 5 (7 total, 32–38): Published. Challenged the shortest time frame yet (M15, M30) and hit a new wall of computation time
- Episode 1: This article: The start signal of Episode 6 ← Right here
- Episode 2: This time, I was able to view all of it
- Episode 3: The passing candidates all faced the same direction
- Episode 4: This time, all three showed different faces
- Episode 5: At the end of the longest journey
※ Separately from this series, we plan paid articles using actual clues found, but we will not touch on that yet. For now, we will convey this verification journey itself in order.
Recap up to now
In the previous “Verification Journey Episode 5,” we challenged the time frame of M15 (15-minute) and M30 (30-minute), which is shorter than any time frame we have dealt with in the series. There, we encountered a new wall we had never faced before.AI tools also have a limit to how much they can compute—a technical constraint in itself.
If we tried to search with the entire data span, the computation would never finish. We had to narrow the scope. Even so, within the narrowed range, multiple candidates were found. It was a journey like that.

This time, we will reverse our perspective
While Episode 5 was a challenge to the “shortest time frame so far,” Episode 6 takes the exact opposite approach. The longest time frame we can handle is the daily chart (D1).
Across the series so far, one trend has become faintly visible. It is thatthe longer the time frame, the more likely candidates are to pass. While M5 (the next shortest after 1-minute) had zero passes, as we increased the time frame to H1 and H4, the number of passing candidates gradually increased.
If that’s the case, what will we find on the longest D1? While expectations run high, we have repeatedly learned through our journey that “the results may not meet expectations.” This time as well, we would like to begin the journey with both anticipation and caution.

This time too, we will not show everything
And one more important policy we want to continue is this.
We still have many methods and verification results that have not been tried or written about yet.We will not show all of them at once again this time, but will select and show only a few chapters that offered the most learningto keep with our approach.
The reasons are the same as before. We don’t want to fatigue readers, we want to leave clues for the next opportunity, and once again, the journey will not end with simply “We tried a new time frame” but with discoveries waiting at the end of the journey.

What lies ahead
The few chapters chosen this time share a common point: it is precisely because they are the longest time frame that newly highlighted insights emerge. We will gradually share the sense of accomplishment from freed constraints, unexpected biases seen in passing candidates, and diverse discoveries unlike before.
And at the end of the journey, there is one more important report. It concerns the actual exploration of the daily frame (D1).
What we’ve felt so far
Last time, we encountered a new constraint in this series: the “computation time wall.” As a reaction, we expected this time to become the most free exploration, liberated from that constraint. However, as the journey progressed, we encountered another kind of “point where we should pause.” I will explain what that was in detail in the next installments.
Next time, we will deliver about a specific technical strength that only the longest time frame (D1) possessed.
