Having finished examining the time axis in between, I challenged myself with something even shorter this time

Over a long time horizon, several were found. The time axis between "between" was found as well. So what about the shorter ones? It seemed we knew, but in fact we hadn't confirmed them yet.

A recap of the previous installments

In Episode 4, we actually explored the 1-hour time frame (H1) embedded in the "between" of the 5-minute (M5) and 4-hour (H4) intervals. As a result, several candidates passed robustness tests with costs accounted for, but some of them were effectively the same as conditions already communicated in earlier articles. Do not exaggerate the number found as the number of new discoveries. This was the stance reaffirmed throughout Episode 4.

The map still had blank spaces

Short time axis (5 minutes), "between" time axis (1 hour), long time axis (4 hours). Through the verifications so far, we have placed several results on the time-axis scale.

However, when we widen the map again, we notice places that are still not filled. The 15-minute (M15) and 30-minute (M30) between the 5-minute and 1-hour marks are there. A region neither short nor long, into which we have never stepped before, still exists there.

What we will challenge this time is the shorter time axes beyond the "between"

Therefore in Episode 5, we will take on the shorter time axes of 15-minute (M15) and 30-minute (M30), which have been untouched so far.

If Episode 4 was a shift in perspective by peeking into the "between" of short (M5) and long (H4), Episode 5 will be a further step, moving the viewpoint even shorter from that "between."

Honestly, there was one intuition here. Looking back at past verifications, shorter time axes tend to be more stringent, while longer time axes are more likely to pass. As the number of trades increases, each price move tends to contribute less to costs. If so, M15 and M30 might be among the most challenging we have attempted so far. With that in mind, I decided to start this exploration.

What we will discuss in the coming episodes and what we will try

From next time onward, we will deliver the verification of M15 and M30 in the following flow.

1. What happened when we tried to examine all data as is
2. If there were many promising numbers, what were the results
3. Even on shorter time axes, what did we come across again
4. After examining all six time scales, the overall picture that emerges
5. Ultimately, what was found on the shorter time axes

Numerical values and currency pair names are not yet at a stage where we can share them. However, stepping into shorter time axes brought encounters with new types of hurdles not seen in the previous series.
