【9 o'clock Day Trading|FX answer reached after 10 years of evidence】Why buying expensive courses still won’t make you win
Good morning. This is An-chan?
This time it is about “the reasons why high-priced products don’t guarantee success.”
When I first started trading FX, I thought this.
“If I could know the methods of those who are successful, I would be able to win too.”
So I looked for winning methods.
I researched the internet, looked at various methods, tried indicators, and kept searching for something that might work.
In the FX world, there are high-priced products costing tens of thousands of yen or more.
Of course, since they are sold for money, you might think there must be some special answer there.
However, after conducting tests for ten years, I realized one thing.
Just because you pay a lot of money does not mean you will win.
Buying products and winning are two different things
I don’t want you to misunderstand me, but I’m not saying that high-priced products have no value.
There may be valuable ways of thinking and perspectives you wouldn’t notice on your own.
The problem lies elsewhere.
No matter how excellent the method is that you are taught,
“Which market to use it in”
“When to enter”
“How long to wait”
“Where to take profits”
“Where to admit a mistake”
If you cannot internalize these judgments, you cannot apply them in actual markets.
Charts do not look the same every time.
“Knowing the method” is not enough for replication
This is a bit like cooking.
Even with the same recipe, the results can differ between someone making it for the first time and someone who has made it hundreds of times.
It’s not that the recipe itself is different.
Heat control, timing, the state of ingredients.
Because those parts cannot be fully conveyed by words alone and are judged by experience.
Trading was the same.
I read the rules.
I memorized chart patterns.
I made the indicator settings the same.
Still, I didn’t win.
Then I would think, “This method didn’t work,” and look for another method.
I’ve repeated this for a long time myself.
What was needed was not “the next product”
When you’re not winning, many people look for a new answer.
New methods.
New indicators.
New教材 (educational materials).
However, what is truly needed is not always to increase new things.
To test whether your current way of thinking can actually reproduce in the market.
I started to devote time to this here.
If yesterday didn’t go well, look at why you lost.
What happens if you change the conditions?
Can you make the same judgment on past charts?
Do you approach the same result no matter how many times you try?
I tested each of these one by one.
In the process, I discarded many strategies.
But that was not a waste.
Every time I discarded them,
“What did not work”
remained as a fact.
Not buying answers; verifying them yourself
I do not intend to deny paying for knowledge altogether.
However, no matter how expensive the knowledge is,
“It does not become your weapon the moment you buy it.”
If someone teaches you, verify it yourself.
If you read it in a book, open the chart and verify it yourself.
And if it doesn’t go well, ask yourself, “Why?”
Through this repetition, knowledge learned from others gradually becomes your own experience.
I have been doing this for ten years.
So now,
“Not what should I buy to win,” but “what should I verify to be able to reproduce it.”
I consider this.
The winning answer is not necessarily inside the price tag.
Only after you continue to verify for yourself is it possible to clearly see what lies ahead.
That is all.
Well then, everyone, farewell.
