[10,000 Yen Challenge] Day 9 +159.1%|Thoughts on money management + why operate with a "small amount"?
A small-scale investment challenge starting from 10,000 yen.
On the morning of day 9 of operation, the current cumulative profit is
+15,905円
Compared to the principal of 10,000 yen,
Profit margin +159.1%
has been achieved.
In other words, currently,
10,000 yen → 25,905 yen
is the status.
Operational results up to the morning of day 9
Here are the current results.
Cumulative profit:+15,905円
Profit margin:+159.1%
Average per day:+1,767円
Total number of trades:27 trades
Win rate:100%
PF:∞ (no losses)
Having completed 27 trades so far, the tally shows no losses.
However, what I want to convey in this article is not just the figure of “100% win rate.”
There is another major objective for this 10,000 yen challenge.
Why not 1,000,000 yen, but 10,000 yen?
For small-scale operations,
“Limit the capital that can be lost, and be able to attempt multiple times.”
This is a way of thinking.
In this setup, instead of stacking small profits with high win rates, it assumes a loss cut if a large setback occurs.
In other words,
“This is not a setting where losses will never occur.”
This is very important.
If you start with 10,000 yen and get stopped out early,
and you judge only by that outcome,
“This investment method was a failure.”
I think that would be premature.
Because with this approach, you need to look not at a single result, but at the total outcome after multiple trialsto see what happens overall.
The important thing is not a single trial but the number of trials
In an extreme example,
1st time: 10,000 yen → stop out
2nd time: 10,000 yen → stop out
3rd time: 10,000 yen → 30,000 yen
Suppose that.
The total invested amount is 30,000 yen.
Even if it grew to 30,000 yen on the 3rd attempt, the total would be around break-even (±0 yen) at that point.
Conversely,
1st time: 10,000 yen → stop out
2nd time: 10,000 yen → 50,000 yen
Then,
The invested capital is 20,000 yen in total, and the final capital is 50,000 yen.
Total gain: +30,000 yen
This is how it looks.
From this perspective, the important thing is
“whether you won or lost on the first try” is not the key.
After multiple attempts,
you need to see how much remains from the total invested capital.
Of course, even with multiple trials, losses can continue.
That is why, rather than investing a large amount from the start, I am currentlylimiting the initial stake to 10,000 yen.
Real-world example: multiple challenges within the community
In the community, I received encouraging reports from those taking on multiple small trials.
Achieved 10,000 → 30,000 twice in a row and withdrew 30,000.
Currently,
a challenge from 20,000 → 60,000
was not reached
and another attempt from 10,000 → 30,000
has started again.
What I want to emphasize here is not merely that 10,000 became 30,000.
It is that the same principle was applied: multiple attempts achieving, in fact, two consecutive triples.
Aiming for triple profits multiple times seems well thought out.
Doubling would slow total profit growth; they are trying to grow with the profit rather than chasing more.
Therefore, instead of judging by a single result,it is important to determine in advance the acceptable capital and, through a fixed number of trials, look at the overall outcome.
“I’ll try many things and enjoy them. It’s possible because you created such a high-performing system.”
This is a joyful comment I received.
Even with a trial use, please consider not only the first few wins or losses but also the entry, decisions, and moves during stop-outs to observe actual behavior.

Because it’s small, manage risk with margin
Typically, risk management is thought of as
“Make the lot as small as possible.”
“Narrow the stop-loss range.”
You might imagine approaches like that.
This challenge challenges a slightly different mindset.
Limit the margin you put into the account to manage the maximum amount you can lose in one trial.
This is also a form of capital management.
For this time, at the start,
margin 10,000 yen · 0.02 Lot
and now it has grown to about 26,000 yen, but we are still operating at 0.02 Lot.
In other words, as funds increase, you can withstand larger adverse moves than at the start.
From here, rather than simply raising the lot one shot,
reach 30,000 yen → 0.03 Lot
and gradually increase the lot with the rise in funds.
Not only increasing profits,
but also turning part of the increased profits into “durability.”
This is another point I want to verify.
Even with a trial, don’t judge by a single result
Currently, the semi-discretionary EA Byakko offers a free trial.
Some people make profits quickly during the trial period, while others lose in the first few attempts.
In this live session, although 27 trades have been loss-free so far, we do not assume this will continue forever.
What matters is
not just whether you won or lost on the first attempt, but whether the entry and exit function well over a certain number of trials.
Based on that, please decide whether it aligns with your allowed capital and risk.
Because it’s a trial, it’s important to verify not only profits but also what happens when you lose. .
Next: 30,000 yen. And then 0.03 Lot
Currently,
10,000 yen → 25,905 yen
has been reached.
The next target is30,000 yen.
When 30,000 yen is reached,
change from 0.02 Lot → 0.03 Lot
to consider.
Capital is three times the start.
Therefore, leaving more room against adverse moves than at the start, you can accelerate the profit buildup a little.
And the near-term goal is50,000 yen.
When you reach 50,000 yen,
do you aim for 100,000 yen with the same win-rate-focused setting?
Or,
switch from 50,000 yen to a 1:1 trading, aiming for 100,000 yen with one win?
I want to decide this while watching actual results.

Free trial also available
Currently, free trial of semi-discretionary EA Byakkois also available.
By watching the live stream and trying it, please confirm entry decisions, settlements, and capital management concepts.
Currently,10,000 → 25,905 yen.
First target is 30,000 yen.
Next is 50,000 yen.
The final target is100,000 yen, and we will continue to reveal how this 10,000 yen evolves.
The key point this time is
“not to rely on a single win, but to observe how capital changes as a result of multiple trials.”
We will also verify what happens when a stop-out occurs to see whether this approach actually holds.
