[Warning] Three traps that people who want to change in FX but can't fall into, and the brain's rules to breakthrough? ✨
Hello! This is oukanoakari (All-Mighty) ✨
By the way, have you ever struggled like this while trading FX?
「I know I must follow the rules in my head, but for some reason the urge to overtrade won’t go away…」 「I want to change, but I always end up losing in the same way…」
Actually, today I watched a certain YouTube video that beautifully articulated the thoughts and trading philosophy I have treasured for years in FX, and I deeply, deeply resonated with it.
The video’s theme is about the 'Athlete Mindset (clearing brain bugs and thinking that produces results)'.
I myself now monitor mainly the 4-hour chart across 28 currencies plus gold (a total of 29 currencies) and pride myself on “waiting trades with overwhelming patience,” but in the past I have experienced many bloody heartbreaks and failures.
My biggest weakness was being a perfectionist. I wanted my entries to be perfect, so I would think, “No, it should come back up soon,”and I ended up delaying stop losses, burning through a lot of capital in the past ????
There were times when I thought, “Maybe I’m not talented at FX…” and felt discouraged.
But after incorporating the three perspectives I’m going to talk about today, my trading dramatically changed from “gambling” to “an honest business” ✨
Today I want to translate this powerful wisdom used in business and sportsinto FX practiceand share it with you all!?
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
■ [1] Letting go of past trauma (removing brain misrecognitions)?
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
One shocking fact discussed in the video: people don’t change because past failed experiences have settled into the brain as a “bug (misrecognition).”
Just like a child who stumbles in math and comes to believe “I’m bad with numbers,” the same thing happens in FX.
• Traumas of blowing up a large amount of capital • Regret after prematurely taking profits
These things cling to the brain, and when opportunity arrives, we unconsciously step on the brakes thinking “I might fail again…”
But the video asserted: “Failure is not a flaw of your character, but simply a misalignment in design (data).”
Loss cutting in FX isn’t because you’re incompetent. It’s simply a “design misalignment.” By removing the past trauma’s brain bugs and viewing stop losses as data objectively, you can break free from the endless hall of seekers.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
■ [2] Knowing your current location and cultivating the power to wait?️
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
The second wisdom is the process for producing results, the “RCF (Formula that Produces Results).”
What struck me was the idea that unless you objectively view your destination and your current location, you won’t generate correct actions.
Many who don’t win in FX don’t know their current location. They don’t track their win rate, risk-reward, or understand what the market is doing now, and they jump in on impulse ????????
What I am currently doing is...monitoring 28 currencies plus gold (29 in total)and that’s exactly why.
By taking an aerial view of the market’s overall “current location” and comparing it to your own trading rules as the “destination,” you can wait with overwhelming power until conditions align ⏳?
Keeping a trading notebook is the same. Quantify your current location. This habit of facing facts head-on is the best defense against turning trading into gambling ????

■ [3] A paradigm shift turning weaknesses into your strongest weapon?
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Finally, the third is the magical mindset that “weakness and strength are two sides of the same coin.”
Earlier I mentioned my weakness as “perfectionism leading to occasional late stop losses.” On the surface, late stop losses in FX seem a fatal flaw, right?
But after encountering this way of thinking,I inverted the reasons for my limitations.
“Perfectionism” means… conversely, “I can wait for a point where I am more than convinced to enter, without compromising, more than anyone else.”
I built a system that mechanically sets stop-loss rules and fully leaned into my innate perfectionism by refraining from any action until the 4-hour chart presents the best setup (overwhelming waiting power).
As a result, the weakness of perfectionism was reborn as my strongest weapon ⚔️

■ Don’t turn the market into a casino. How to face it with integrity?
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
How did you find it?
Remove brain bugs (trauma) and accept stop losses as data.
Know your current location and cultivate the habit of waiting overwhelmingly.
Invert your weaknesses into your greatest strengths.
Why am I sharing like this today? Because I have a strong mission: to increase the number of traders who face FX markets honestly rather than turning them into casinos ????✨
FX isn’t a game of chance for a lottery. It is a highly rewarding business in which you confront your mind, fix brain bugs, and grow personally ????
If today’s story offers even a sliver of trading insight and helps you break through the wall of “I want to change but can’t,” nothing would make me happier.
Thank you truly for reading until the end! ✨
