This is the follow-up report of this backtest.

I created a certain indicator.

Whether to sell, I’m really torn.

Because there are other things I want to build, I can’t provide support..

I tried turning this indicator into an EA.

Five hundred thousand yen over three years would exceed four million, just with simple interest.

With compound interest, it would be even more.

...Well, that’s how it goes, not too surprising.

One troublesome thing is that it uses a special algorithm

so the backtests take an unusually long time.

Even after three days, it hasn’t finished, a sad thing.

I wonder when it will end...

The backtest was taking so long that I gave up on completing it.

January 2021: Balance started at 50,000 yen

September 23, 2024: Balance 525,000 yen

Further testing would be

likely to yield similar results,

so I am concerned about the load on hardware

and have concluded the test.

After this, I plan to perform a simplified re-test with randomly designated days.

It is a rough approximation of results to some extent.
