【How to read the EA display】
① Swap rate
The swap rate (annualized) under the configured leverage is shown as an estimate.
In this example, if leverage5× is used, the swap rate would be11% per year.
You can see that.
Carry trades targeting swap rates are usually long-term investments. Therefore, currency pair price movements must be anticipated to some extent. However, unlike foreign currency deposits where price movements have less impact on the capital, with leverage of 1
×, the earnings may be insufficient. On the other hand,
leverage up to 25× can yield large interest, but price changes can have a large impact.

② Swap profits
“1 day swap profit
In this example, if operated with100,000 currency units, the swap rate would yield1 day 476.1 yen. The swap profit amount is shown when there is no position as the profit for 10,000 currency units; and if you hold a position, that position's swap profit is displayed.
③ Cumulative swap profits
CarryTrade profits accumulated over time.
Even when operatingCarryTrade on other currency pairs, the cumulative swap profits for the currency pair set on the chart will be displayed.

④ Effective leverage
Displays the current account's effective leverage and the maximum effective leverage you allow for new investments.
In this example, your account's effective leverage is1.8×, and because it is below 5
, new investments are permitted.
⑤ Position
Currently,CarryTrade is operating with a certain number of currencies, and you have permitted investments up to how many currencies.
This is shown.
In this example, you are currently holding a position of10万 currencies, and investments up to50万 currencies are allowed.
This indicates that additional investments up to 500,000 currency units are permitted.
⑥ Position valuation
CarryTrade's valuation of the currencies it trades in Japanese yen. It is calculated as quantity × current rate for each currency.
Additionally, it shows how low the position valuation must be to permit new investments.
In this example, the position is currently valued in Japanese yen at7,926,000 yen and below10,000,000
yen, so new investments are permitted.
