[June 23 (Tue)] Today's Target Currency Pairs [Dollar/Yen/Gold, etc]

Hello!

This is Tanuki Trader Ponta! I will explain today’s target currency pairs. First, USD/JPY. USD/JPY had been range-bound with heavy upside pressure, but recently it clearly broke that high and has risen to the upper 161 yen area. This time, a clear breakout has been confirmed. Therefore, from here on, if a pullback forms on the 1-hour chart, I would aim to buy the pullback in that scenario. However, we are also in an environment where currency intervention could happen at any time. Therefore, I will trade with careful position sizing and not overextend myself.

Next, EUR/USD.

In EUR/USD as well, there is an overall dollar-strength trend. Since the downside momentum has been confirmed, if there is a setup that forms a rebound, I would aim to sell into the rally. The signals from the Tembi Navigator indicate good points for buying pullbacks in USD/JPY and selling rallies in EUR/USD. I would target a risk-reward around 1:1 to 1.5:1, and firmly pursue profits. Today as well, I will focus only on clear setups that stand out.
