6/23 USDJPY, BTC market FX Plus 369
To all readers, good morning ^^
I am Ai, the self-proclaimed number one disciple of 369-sensei ♪
First, let’s look at today’s BTC market ♪
EMA settings
Red → 20 EMA
Yellow → 75 EMA
Blue → 200 EMA
BTCUSD continues to move weakly.
On the daily chart, it has been repeatedly capped near the 20 EMA, and the rebound momentum is not persisting.
In the recent rebound phase, there was some optimism, but subsequently selling pressure has again taken the lead.
RSI has fallen to around 40, so it isn’t a sign of strong buying momentum.
In H4, more instances of trading below the 20 EMA appear, so in the short term selling is prevailing.
It looks like a return-selling pattern continues within a large downtrend.
There are still no clear bullish reversal signals, so I want to watch carefully ^^
Next, USDJPY ♪
USDJPY continues to maintain a very strong uptrend.
On the daily chart, it’s moving with new highs, and both the 20 EMA and 75 EMA are clearly trending upward ♪
RSI has risen to around 70, indicating substantial buying pressure.
On H4 there are temporary pullbacks, but every time a pullback occurs, it’s bought up again.
For now, rather than fearing a trend breakdown,
we should watch where pullbacks are formed ^^
Now, to the main topic ♪
When you want to grow your trading capital,
you tend to think, “I want to trade with larger lots.”
But in reality,
there are things you should do before increasing your lot size.
That is,
create a state where you can trust your edge ^^
If you don’t have confidence in your edge, simply increasing lots will not increase profits; it will increase fear as well.
You become worried about unrealized losses,
you fail to follow the rules,
and you miss out on the original expected value (・∀・;)
Conversely,
those who understand the characteristics of their method and can grasp potential losing streaks and drawdowns
can remain calm even when increasing lots ♪
Therefore, lot management is not merely about simple capital management.
It’s a technique that links your edge with your capital (`・ω・´)
Once you gain this sense,
trading becomes much more stable ^^
