In the world of overseas prop traders,

"Good Trade" and "Winning Trade" are considered separate

matters.

Many people tend to think that if there is a profit, it’s a good trade, and if there is a loss, it’s a bad trade.

However, professional thinking is a little different.

For example, you enter according to your own rules and exit according to the rules, and you end up losing.

Money decreased, but that trade is a "Good Trade."

Because you were able to act according to repeatable rules.

Conversely, jumping in with an unfounded gut feeling and happened to make a profit.

Money increased, but it is evaluated as a "Bad Trade."

That method does not guarantee long-term profitability.

No one can control the market outcomes.

What can be controlled is,

"whether you acted according to the rules"

only.

When this mindset is learned, the fear of pressing the entry button becomes considerably smaller.

Because you are freed from the pressure of having to win.
