BTC market on 6/8 FX Plus 369

First, let's look at today's BTC market♪
EMA Settings
Red → 20 EMA
Yellow → 75 EMA
Blue → 200 EMA
BTCUSD has entered a rebound phase after a sharp drop.
On the daily chart, after a long series of large bearish candles, a solid bullish candle appeared for the first time in a while♪
However, the 20 EMA is still strongly downward, so the downtrend cannot be considered over yet.
On the H4 chart, there is a move to break above the 20 EMA, indicating that short-term buying pressure is dominant.
RSI has recovered significantly,
it seems to be breaking away from the
“overbought market”impression again to the upside
but,
a rebound after a strong decline could be
a true reversal,
or just a pullback,
we won't know until later (・∀・；)
That is why,
what is truly important in the market is not to predict the future,
but to be prepared to respond regardless of which direction it moves.
In practice,
even I once thought,
“Next it will go up,”
“The bottom should be here,”
and so on.
But as you stay in the market longer,
you realize that the accuracy of predictions is less important than
the precision of money management, which has a bigger impact on results^^
Actually, in the past,
I conducted an experiment with completely random trades decided by coin toss, without using any edge.
Of course,
this is not a method I recommend in lectures (laughs).
In reality, it is better to use a method with an edge for efficiency ♪
However,
in that experiment,
despite unfavorable conditions,
the account balance gradually increased.
Seeing this result
made me realize once again the importance of position sizing and lot control ^^
Many people focus only on methods.
But,
a method alone does not complete a capital curve.
What method you use,
and
how you translate that edge into capital growth.
Only when both are in place can you achieve stable wealth formation (｀・ω・´)

that learning method construction and position sizing together is important ♪
Position sizing.
It is not just a technique to protect money.
While protecting capital,
it is a technique to grow capital ^^
To survive in the market for a long time,
and to increase capital, is a crucial mindset♪
