Bitcoin market on 6/7 FX Plus 369
To all readers, good morning^^
I am A, the self-proclaimed number one disciple of Professor 369 ♪
First, let's look at today's BTC market outlook♪
EMA Settings
Red → 20EMA
Yellow → 75EMA
Blue → 200EMA
BTCUSD remains in a very weak state.
On the daily chart, after a sharp decline, it is moving in a low price range, with both 20EMA and 75EMA pointing down.
The H4 trend is also down, and although there are short-term rebounds, the downward pressure still appears stronger.
RSI on both the daily and H4 timeframes is quite low.
However,
thinking "it's oversold, so buy" could be a bit risky (・∀・;)
In a strong trending market,
it's not uncommon for prices to keep falling while oversold.
When you see this kind of market,
many people think
"where will it bounce?"
But the people who actually grow their funds often have a slightly different perspective^^
That is,
"what would I do if my forecast is wrong?"
The market makes mistakes for everyone.
Even professionals make mistakes.
But,
people who keep increasing their capital
have prepared for when they are wrong.
That’s why they don't crash dramatically♪
I have watched the market for many years,
and ultimately, the fund curve is determined not by the method itself,
but by how you interact with capital,
I feel^^
Actually, previously,
I deliberately discarded the advantage and conducted a trading experiment in a completely random environment where buy/sell directions were decided by coin toss.
Of course,
this is not something I recommend (・∀・;)
In actual lectures,
we assume using a method with an edge^^
However,
I was surprised by the experiment results myself.
Despite an unfavorable environment,
account funds continued to grow little by little.
What I strongly realized at that time was,
the market is
not about
"at what price you buy or sell"
but about
"how you handle capital and position sizing"
and that’s where the outcome changes significantly.
Position sizing sorcery, indeed (・∀・;)
Therefore, I believe learning the method-structure and position sizing as a set is essential (`・ω・´)
To survive in the market for a long time and
to grow capital,
this is indispensable thinking, you know^^
Position sizing.
Protect → Thin out → Increase
A foundation to steadily grow capital without rushing♪
