Issue: VPS is slow and unusable

I wrote to ask for advice about VPS.
Currently I am using〇〇 (company name) with 1 GB memory.
Even if MT4 is not running, the server itself uses about 70–80% of memory.
I have three MT4 instances and five EAs running (changing currency pairs but using the same ones).
Occasionally (about once a month) memory runs out, remote connection becomes impossible, and I reboot.
It doesn’t seem to be an EA “runaway.”
Have you had experiences like this?
I’m an absolute novice. I’d be grateful for any advice.
