Tsubaki Takaki 「Weekly Gold Price Outlook」 May 25, 2026 issue
Tamaki Takao, President and CEO of Investment Daily News, is a pioneer in astrology-based market analysis and a foremost expert in financial cycle analysis. He writes a weekly report on gold price outlook.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Last week's New York gold price (near month) closed at 4,523.2 with a decline of 38.7 dollars from the previous week. The low was 4,455.0 dollars, marking the seven-week low. As stated last week, “the linear trend is turning bearish. It seems to be trying to reclaim the lower shadow that appeared in the week of March 23. The shadow part ranges from 4,450 to 4,100. If it stops within this range and completes a double bottom, there could be a rebound opportunity thereafter.”
Although not yet reaching the lower shadow, it is entering a period of potential rebound. If a similar lower-shadow line appears in the next one to two weeks, it would be viewed as a buying opportunity, but I cannot be confident yet.
