I created an EA that automatically generates 15-second and 30-second chart bars in MT5.
The period is limited, but it is available for free. Indicators can also be installed.

Automatic generation of second-by-second charts

Creates custom seconds bars like “15-second bars” and “30-second bars” automatically, which do not exist in standard MT5.

In the input screen,“Length of seconds bars”and“How many past days to reconstruct”are the only options to select.
