A Wave Characteristics

Whether it is composed of five waves or three waves.(Characteristics of Wave A)

The amplitude retraces 38.2%, 50%, 61.8%, and 100% of the most recent five-wave move.

(Predict where it might stop using Fibonacci retracement.)

※ Not a typical impulse wave; it may form a leading diagonal.

Practical Points

• In most cases, it often appears as a mere correction within the current flow.
  
• Wave A and Wave B watch for Wave C preparation.
  
• Fibonacci retracement is effective

B Wave Characteristics

It is composed of three waves. To be repetitive, the correction wave isabsolutely three waves.

The target values are the A wave's

• 38.2%
  
• 50%
  
• 61.8%
  
• 78.2%
  
• 100%

respectively.

：：Important Points：：

• If Wave A consists of five waves, Wave B target within 61.8% of Wave A
  
• If Wave A consists of three waves, Wave B target is above 61.8% of Wave A
  
• Sometimes Wave A’s start point can be exceeded. =Irregular Top
  
  If Wave B is weak, Wave C becomes strong. This is the zigzag pattern.

When Wave B is weak, it means it stays within the 61.8% range mentioned earlier.

• Wave B can be any correction pattern.

Key Points

• A and C waves may look like corrective waves overall, but their internal waves are classified as impulse waves.
  
• Fibonacci retracement is effective

C Wave Characteristics

• It is composed of five waves.
  
• The amplitude exceeds the endpoint of Wave A.
  
• Targets are 1, 1.618, 2, 2.618, ... or the 38.2%, 50%, 61.8%, 78.2%, 100% of Waves 1–5 of the most recent five waves.

• Not a typical impulse wave; it can be an Ending Diagonal.
  
• Fibonacci expansion is effective
