Before the highly anticipated U.S. indicators (PCE, GDP) were announced, BOJ conducted currency intervention (selling dollars / buying yen).This intervention occurred before the indicator release, making the actual release a windless, unprecedented market.As a result, the crucial moment of the indicator release ended up almost windless.
