Coupon eligibility is“Total amount of eligible products”.
Furthermorethe coupon itself must be added to the cartas well.

1) What is the coupon criteria? It’s the total amount!

3,000 yen coupon: total of eligible products must be 30,000 yen or more
4,000 yen coupon: total of eligible products must be 40,000 yen or more
5,000 yen coupon: total of eligible products must be 50,000 yen or more

※ Products with no “Eligible” label are not counted toward the total.

2) How to find cheap eligible products?This is the pitfall

Important:In the search screen,check “Special coupon eligible”,
which tends to show high-priced itemsmore often.
→When looking for cheap eligible products, please uncheck this.

Open the search page.
Under conditionsuncheck the “Special coupon eligible”
Look for the list where the “Coupon eligible” badge is shown

3) Common mistakes?

Did not add the coupon to the cart (just having eligible products does not discount)
Total is insufficient (you will be sent back during checkout)
Coupon amount does not match (e.g., 5,000 yen coupon when total is 30,000 yen)
Mixing ineligible products to reach the total (ineligible items are not counted)
