[Viewed on the chart] Prime ACE easy-entry situations, scenes you want to pass up
Good morning.
I am Trader A (Ace), the developer of the "Prime ACE Strategy."
In the previous article,
I wrote that Prime ACE's arrows are not something you enter all at once as they appear,
but rather “candidates” to be narrowed down at the end with discretion.
That is the gist.
This time, as a continuation,
using actual charts,
I want to take a simple look at
“easy-to-enter situations” and “situations you’d want to pass on.”
First, this one.
This situation is relatively easy for me to enter.
The reason is simple:
in an ongoing uptrend,
it is after a pullback that a buy arrow appears.
In other words,
it is a situation where you enter along the trend rather than forcing a reversal.
Of course,
there is no absolute in any situation.
However, at least such a pattern is
a relatively understandable and approachable entry among Prime ACE arrows
that I think is easier to take..
Next is this.
There is also a buy arrow here.
However, I am quite cautious about this kind of scene.
In a high-price zone where a buy arrow appears,
and afterward it collapses significantly.
In other words,
even if the arrow appears,
the location where it appeared is completely different
.
In a high position after a strong rise,
the moment you want to ride the momentum and buy,
there is something you actually should be careful about.
Prime ACE
is not a tool to mechanically enter all positions as soon as an arrow appears.
Rather,
a tool to help you choose favorable opportunities after identifying candidates
.
What I wanted to convey with these two slides is exactly that.
Even with the same buy arrow,
an entry after a pullback that follows the trend is easier to enter.
On the other hand,
arrows appearing in a high-price zone can make you want to pass them up.
The important thing is
not whether an arrow exists, but where the arrow appears
.
This time, I have narrowed down to two easy-to-understand examples to summarize simply how to read Prime ACE arrows.
