Does your investing have a true guiding axis?
We live in an age overflowing with information. Economic indicators, earnings releases, market news—anyone can now access them instantly.
Still, why do some investors keep winning while others remain perpetually lost?
The difference is not the volume of information. It’s how you interpret information—whether you have that “axis”or not.
The three people we introduce today are true professionals with decades-long careers in entirely different fields: securities firms, asset management, and the Chicago futures market.
Hiroshi Arano, Yuki Yanashita, Hakubun Takizawa.
Three distinct investment philosophies. Three perspectives. By tapping into each of their insights, you should begin to see your own investing “axis.”

From the Showa era, relying on experience and intuition, to the Reiwa era, harnessing AI.
There’s never just one route up a mountain—there are many. Likewise, there are many vantage points and angles for “winning formulas” in stocks.
Who can win in a stock market with no learning effect—humans, perhaps? |

Market
It gives me a grasp of the broader market picture. The explanations based on historical data are easy to understand and extremely helpful.
Eye-opening!
When wisdom intervenes with publicly available, scattered data, it transforms into valuable intelligence like this. You can feel Professor Arano’s humble personality—every day is a joy and a mountain of learning.
Give up the head and tail with fundamentals and technicals!
It’s perfect for taking a broad view with fundamentals and trading short-term with technicals. By trial and error on my own and combining it with the newsletter, I established my own trading style. There’s so much to learn each time, such as price fluctuations from PER and EPS.

True Value Investing
Professor Yanashita’s keen eye for business models is sharp; I always study by reading his analyses. The more I read, the less I worry about short-term price movements. I intend to keep reading without stopping my studies.
Professional Craft
There are few in Japan who analyze this broadly and are also kind to individual investors. If you want to pursue real investing, this is a must-read.
Timeless Truths
I’m learning true value investing from scratch from the author and am also a salon member; I feel that investing without this way of thinking is the height of folly. In these turbulent times, real-time distribution is an extremely valuable trove of useful information.
For Life
It’s universal and unchanging, I believe. The message is consistent, and once you internalize it, you can likely keep investing over the long term. I look forward to every issue.
Master Value Investing
It’s very educational. There are many investment methods, but I believe value investing does not become obsolete.
