March13日, “UNIVA Marketing Limited（Cayman） share acquisition (subsidiary), issuance of new shares through third-party allocation and changes in major shareholders—notice”を発表しました。March13日開催の取締役会において、UMKY社を子会社化すること及びUGI社に対して第三者割当による新株式の発行を行うことについて決議しました。UMKY社、UMHK社及びUTE社とのシナジーによる成長及び企業価値向上を将来にわたり享受することが可能となることから、本第三者割当を行うことを合意しました。
