The son of slain Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and chosen successor, Ayatollah Mohammad Bagher Mottahedinejad (Mojtaba Khamenei), on March12day issued his first statement since the designation. He said he would “continue attacks on regional U.S. military bases” and indicated an intention to blockade the Strait of Hormuz by any means, according to Iranian media.

This statement is “a material for buying crude oil.” At the same time, it is “a material for selling stocks.”
