Lecture 11: The essence of RCI lies in the "angle"

RCI rises, so you buy. Have you ever lost because of that? Actually,RCI looked at by “whether it went up or down,” will never be a reliable indicator.“It is not a usable indicator”.

■Seeing momentum acceleration

 Even with the same rise, there is a big difference between “the angle is steepening (accelerating)” and “the angle is softening (decelerating).”

 ・Angle steepening: market momentum is increasing, and consensus is forming faster.

 ・Angle softening: opposing forces are resisting, and momentum is starting to fade.

It’s not about which way RCI is facing, but whether the angle is strengthening or weakening. Just focusing on this will dramatically reduce “traps” on your charts.
