Twenty years ago, I questioned the RCI “9・26・52” parameters. Upon investigation, I found those were merely repurposed moving averages and conventions. From there, I thoroughly re-examined values that fit the current market.

- Parametric values should be aligned with the market, not conventions
- The borderlines (such as ±80) should not be fixed
- Discard the practice of repurposing other indicators
Choosing numbers just because “everyone uses them” is the start of dependency. Have a ruler that matches the waves drawn by the present market. That is the first step toward autonomy.
【RCI6/10 differences】RCI6/10 programs use parameter sets suited to the number of RCI used (4, 6, or 10). Of course,9-26-52 style presets are not used.When you discard the myth that these three lines are the best, your leap begins.
