[25.12.5] Logic of the method and USD/JPY entry points
Note: This is not every trading point for the day, but a point within a specific time frame. Some indicators from the method are also removed
Today’s flow is a bit rough, or rather
there are moments where it suddenly rises or falls,
so we don’t enter at every arrow
When the trend tends to diverge from the moving average, in order to enter at a pinpoint, you have to monitor the chart quite closely
Although I mainly monitor the chart, there are many times when I keep an eye on it only casually
Also, there’s another point on this chart
In the latter part, the last three long arrows
This is a major point of our method
Logic that targets areas where unrealized gains are likely
It hasn’t stretched much, but you can see there are some unrealized gains
Scenes like this are fairly common in my mentor and my method’s logic
Even if it extended and became unrealized gains, but then didn’t extend further and came back
1) take profit at the unrealized gain stage
2) close with a small loss or small gain when it returns
3) exit when it seems it won’t rise further or is suspicious
What you must not do
is not closing when it returns, resulting in a larger loss
and worse, leaving it unattended and unable to cut losses
With these ideas in mind, if you look at the arrows
you might feel that overall you can leave with a positive profit
