Prologue
Why does the GOLD market sit beside “get-rich-quick”
and “ruin”?
Gold (XAU/USD) can be said to be one of the assets that moveemotionallyin the world’s financial markets. Every crisis sends it higher, rate-cut expectations push it lower, and geopolitical risks cause wild swings. Its price movement is on a different scale from major FX pairs.
Moving 200 pips, 300 pips a day is not uncommon. This may be frightening for FX beginners, but for those who understand the mechanism, it’s a treasure trove.
However, many traders ruin their assets in the GOLD market. Why? Becausethey are attracted by high volatility but do not possess a logic to control that volatility.
Entry driven by emotions, unable to endure unrealized losses, and thus stop-loss. Or conversely, failure to stop-loss can blow the account in one shot. GOLD’s “ruin” arises fromtrades without a plan.

Why is this system GOLD-specific? Becausethe asset Gold has intrinsic physical propertiesthat form the foundation of the algorithm.

Macro Environment Filter
Check the economic calendar and real-interest-rate direction daily to first determine if GOLD tends to move. If the market environment isn’t aligned, we do not enter. This is the primary reason for zero stop-loss.
Price Structure Analysis (S and R)
Identify support and resistance zones on the chart. Combine horizontal lines, past highs/lows, and trendlines to identify zones with high rebound probability.
Selective Entry Timing
The number of daily entry opportunities isabout 1–5. If conditions aren’t met, opt for no-position. The decision to do nothing is the system’s greatest strength.
Physical Advantage of Target Profit
The entry risk-reward ratio is generallyat least 1:1. Even if win rate drops to 80%, the system remains positive long-term. The 1,500 pips result is not luck but a natural outcome of this design.

Secrets of risk management and selective entries
“Zero stop-loss equals eventual ruin” is a concern many traders have when they first see this system. It is a valid concern.A system with no stop-loss without a plan will inevitably fail.
However, the meaning of “zero stop-loss” in this system is different.The design is to avoid entries that would require a stop-loss in the first place.(Not that there are absolutely no stop-losses.)
Ultra-strict entry criteria
Do not enter unless all criteria are met. Patience for opportunities. This strictness makes stop-loss unnecessary.
Risk-reward of at least 1:1
Before entering, consider take-profit and risk size; trades are not taken unless take-profit is at least equal to risk.
Setting inactive times
Avoid entries during volatile changeovers of London, NY, and Tokyo sessions.
Avoidance around key indicators
Do not hold positions around CPI, jobs data, and FRB statements. Unpredictable moves are best avoided.
“There are only a few entry opportunities per day.” Therefore, if you want to trade every day and see quick results, this may not be for you.However, for those who want to accumulate steadily, this “waiting skill” is the strongest weapon.
