The reason I won on FX but don’t grow: Why luck-based trading is dangerous
First game lost.
Second game lost.
The switch flips on.
Not even looking at ATR.
Not even looking deeply at the chart.
"We're near the round-number, so it will bounce back."
From that momentary lapse
the rapid-fire trading starts.
I haven't increased the lot size.
But I try to recoup by the number of trades.
It's the same thing.
In the end, I finished with a profit.
+4,225 yen.
But that is not real skill.
I was saved by luck.
I was sweating in the middle.
My head was turning full speed.
It was on the brink of a major disaster.
This cannot be called a "win."
A true win is,
・deciding the next action before entering
・checking the ATR
・having a plan for after a loss
that is what it is.
I hadn't considered the entry after a loss.
That is all there is.
If you plan ahead for the next step,
time will pass.
If time passes,
rapid-fire trading won't occur.
A day that survived by luck begins with a collapse.
The days you survive by luck
are warnings.
Today I was saved.
But,
there is no guarantee you’ll be saved next time.
So I will decide.
ATR is okay.
The next scenario is okay.
And then I will look at the chart.
I will follow the order.
This is the minimum condition to prevent breaking.
