Trade on February 23.
There were no particularly notable indicators.
Trades were made with that in mind.
Today’s GOLD is in a stable upward trend.
During Tokyo time, it rose with small pullbacks, forming higher lows.
There were no major drops, and even when it fell, it quickly rebounded with a bullish candle.
Selling momentum is limited.
When London time arrived, it temporarily declined, but found support and stabilized.
It formed a box range based on the Tokyo high.
Volatility was high in the first half, but even in NY session there was no clear direction. It moved within a range.
After a brief drop, it used that as a correction and surged upward in one go.
From there it rose sharply, climbing nearly 500 pips in a short time.
There were several bait-and-switch traps at the top, but the subsequent counter-trend drops were captured well, resulting in a trade with good risk-reward despite a low win rate.
We managed to close with a clear profit, so let’s continue to enter systematically without discretion.
