Why do stop-losses cluster in the "same place"
Many traders believe that stop-losses are the "right answer" to risk management.
They lie just a little outside the highs and lows.
A textbook position in line with Dow Theory.
The logic is indeed sound.
There is at least nothing wrong with it.
And yet—
for some reason, they get taken at the same places, time after time.
Let me offer one perspective that has not been touched much until now.
It is
not about “why so many people place stop-losses there,”
but about
“why stop-losses ‘collect’ there.”
Please consider this.
Think about it.

People who grew up seeing these
naturally make the same judgments.
What happens as a result?
In the market,
a price band where stop-losses accumulate is born.
Moreover, it is
not a coincidence. It is an inherent structure.
What’s important here is
not that the big players are evil or being hunted.
It’s a simpler, colder thing.
The market always tends to “pass through” places with lots of orders.
There is one reason.
Because there is liquidity there.
In other words,
・Stop-losses placed by individuals thinking they are right
・The collective thinking of the same mindset
・Liquidity created as a result
these become the fuel that moves prices.
Even if no one intends to target it,
that place becomes a region you cannot avoid passing through.
As this reaches this point,
eventually someone realizes it.
The fact that “correct stop-loss” itself has become material that moves the market.
Therefore—
stop-losses are not to be denied.
But simply protecting them is not enough.
In the next section,
after this place where money accumulates has formed,
we will unravel how the price moves.
And,
・why sharp reversals occur
・why there are moments when it surges all at once
・why those who did not place orders are left behind
We will look into that structure even deeper.
This is not a matter of technique.
It is a matter of perspective.
Even when looking at the same chart,
the world changes depending on where you stand.
Next time,
we will move toward the “real movement after being hunted.”
