Principle of Pleasure and Pain ~ Psychology
Hello!
I’m Takashi, a former accountant, psychological counselor, and trader.
I saw a tweet saying I’m good at giving examples.
Mr. Youzawa, who earns 100 million yen per second, is amazing, isn’t he?
Find pleasure in small losses
The motive behind every human action is "pleasure and pain."
Humans constantly act to obtain pleasure and to avoid pain.
In psychologythe principle of "pleasure and pain"is spoken of.
Whether doing good or bad, the same motivation is behind it.
It may seem like opposite actions, but the motives are the same.
What one finds pleasurable and what one finds painful varies by person, and so does behavior.
Some people derive pleasure from loving others, while others derive pleasure from hurting them.
Humans seek pleasure and avoid pain.
If you feel pain from cutting losses, it is natural to want to avoid it.
However, avoiding losses makes it difficult to actually cut them.
Those who win are those who do not avoid losses but can accept them.
If you, like Youzawa, feel pleasure from small losses, that is very powerful.
Rather than avoiding losses, a mindset that seeks small losses (pleasure) will arise.
So what should you do if you feel pain from cutting losses?
To be continued....
The Principle of Pleasure and Pain
Humans always act to obtain pleasure and to avoid pain.
By being mindful of this, it is also possible to change your behavior as a result.
