However, even then I felt I wouldn’t fit into a job where a boss controls me, is unfairly scolded, or salary is squeezed by the company. After college, I couldn’t start a company immediately, but eventually decided I wanted a career where I bear all responsibilities and receive all profits myself.
Therefore, I joined a company with a system where if I achieved my sales target in three years, I could independently acquire the clients I had gained. I worked relentlessly and achieved the target in three years.
In my 20s I started my own business; now I employ people and am incorporated, and more than 25 years have passed.
I have a strong desire to earn, and thanks to that, management is going smoothly.
