Late-night Trader Meetup at Giropon (Roppongi)
Good morning, everyone.
How did you spend your weekend?
Because mobile phones have a youthful mental age, I find myself playing with fire and nightlife? It’s fun! Just until a moment ago I was out at Roppongi’s Giropón for a late-night gathering with trader friends M and T, also known as B A-chan, for a late-night trader drinking party.
On weekdays and Saturdays in Giropón, there are many restaurant options, but today is late Sunday night when not many places are open. Thanks to M, I and B A-chan visited Shabu-Shabu Wen-Ya for the first time, a shabu-shabu chain restaurant, in the late night.
At Wen-Ya we enjoyed all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu, indulging in a full selection of meats: beef, pork, and chicken, along with alcohol.
Encouraged by M, I also tried Wen-Ya’s specialty curry rice.
M says he eats curry rice without carbohydrates and feels better when he cuts carbs, but for me, it seems that eating carbohydrates makes my body feel better.
M, being a core regular or perhaps a sponsor of Wen-Ya, easily looked over the menu and ordered everything as if he were ordering burgers at McDonald’s, making me feel like he’s Wen-Ya’s advertising ambassador.
By the way, M, who had a music PV in the works, was cutting carbohydrates before filming for calorie control, so our team shared a lot of carbohydrates for the shoot!
For dessert, in Wen-Ya all-you-can-eat, one dessert per person is allowed, but since M was restricting calories, Ga-ra-kee (cellphone) had two desserts: Yukimi Daifuku and Wen-Ya ice cream.

Now, only a few hours remain before the market opens. Due to weekend calorie excess, Ga-ra-ke’s weight and blood pressure have caused a gap to open at the start of the week, and today is the Go-to day at the week's opening, so will the dollar, especially USD/JPY, be strong in correlation with Ga-ra-ke’s weight?
This week I hope to trade carefully while keeping an eye on the market.
