Hello! This is Li from Gogojan.
Our highly popular content: a conversation series with our company president Hayakawa and the developers!
This time, we spoke withTarou, who mastered programming and trading through self-study and developed the popular indicator series “Shinra Banshou”. His story of leaving a corporate job, becoming independent, and, after trial and error, establishing a winning pattern should provide guidance for many traders. Please read to the end.

| Not by intuition but by rules: a trader who wins |
Tarou
He started investing while running his own business. At first he experimented with binaries and FX and struggled for about two years with losses, but through studying charts he established a reproducible trading method that does not rely on environment or intuition.Currently, he sells his method and continues practicing to validate his own “style” with “Investment Navigator+”.

| First, right after you became independent you started investing. Could you tell us about the circumstances at that time? |
| Gogojan Hayakawa |
| Tarou |
| Yes. Right after independence I thought income wouldn’t be stable, so I started FX and binaries to cover living expenses. But at that time there were no rules and I was losing money. |
| I see you faced difficulties at first. Did you also try other financial products? |
| Gogojan Hayakawa |
| Tarou |
| Yes. I also tried cryptocurrencies, but I didn’t have the capacity to handle individual stocks. |
| Trading is done at night rather than during the day; what time frame do you trade? |
| Gogojan Hayakawa |
| Tarou |
| I finish work around night, so I trade around 9-10 PM. Movements occur in New York time, so it’s just right. |
| You didn’t have instant success when you started trading. How did you feel at that time? |
| Gogojan Hayakawa |
| Tarou |
| I studied via YouTube and books, but in reality I couldn’t keep profits and my funds kept decreasing, which was very distressing. |
2. Trial and error and improvements — Where do signs of success begin?
| From starting trading to two years later, you faced ongoing difficulties. What kinds of trial and error did you go through during that period? |
| Gogojan Hayakawa |
| Tarou |
| I tested various indicators and kept wondering “which ones are usable” for two years. But even using many didn’t work well. |
| What realization did you come to from that? |
| Gogojan Hayakawa |
| Tarou |
| I realized that showing one indicator with different parameter settings in multiple places revealed zones that were easy for me to recognize. |
| Is it like layering moving averages? |
| Gogojan Hayakawa |
| Tarou |
| Yes, exactly. By layering multiple indicators, the timing of trades became clearer. |
| Did that analysis help your trading to gradually improve? |
| Gogojan Hayakawa |
| Tarou |
| Yes. By sticking to the rules I set and formalizing them into a manual, results finally started to appear. |
3. Indicator development — The big change brought by formalizing rules
| While establishing the rules, you also worked on indicator development. Was your programming self-taught? |
| Gogojan Hayakawa |
| Tarou |
| Yes. I started by buying books and e-books to learn on my own. Recently I’ve been using generative AI as well. |
| The tools shown on screen now, “Tenkuu no Hazama” and “Shinra Banshou,” were also born this way, right? |
| Gogojan Hayakawa |
| Tarou |
| Yes. “Tenkuu no Hazama” is designed to be complete with standard indicators and includes an entry EA. “Shinra Banshou” includes both entry and exit EA. |
| Both are used daily, but I’ve heard that “Shinra Banshou” is the culmination of them. |
| Gogojan Hayakawa |
| Tarou |
| Yes, by combining the insights from multiple indicators and formalizing them into rules, “Shinra Banshou” was created. |
| Can you automate trades to move with New York time? |
| Gogojan Hayakawa |
| Tarou |
| Yes. You can use the buy/sell signals manually or automatically. |
